10:15 – 11:15 | Styling Dish 1: Fresh and simple
* Hands-on styling of a fresh, simple dish (e.g., salad )
* Focus on foundational styling techniques: colour, texture, negative space
* Explore prop selection and layering to create your composition.
11:15 – 12:15 | Styling Dish 2: Tricky Food
* Styling and shooting  e.g., pasta or stew.
* Learn how to emphasise textures and use garnishes
* Work on storytelling through props, backdrops, and lighting choices.
12:15 – 12:45 | Lunch Break
* Enjoy a light meal together while discussing creative insights and inspirations.
12:45 – 1:45 | Art Direction & Theme Development
* Build a cohesive theme for the final styled dish.
* Discuss how to craft a visual narrative using colour palettes, textures, and mood boards.
1:45 – 3:00 | Styling Dish 3: Elaborate & Artistic
* Work together to style and shoot a complex, visually striking dish (e.g., desserts, burgers large table scene).
* Experiment with advanced techniques: motion (e.g., drizzling), height, and dramatic lighting.
* You take the lead on the setup with real-time feedback.
3:00 – 3:30 | Quick Editing & Post-Production Tips
* Demonstration of basic editing techniques to enhance your images.
* Discuss how to refine colour, contrast, and composition for professional results.
3:30 – 4:00 | Wrap-Up
* Recap key learnings and takeaways.
* Share personalized tips, resources, and next steps for improving your craft.
* Short Q&A session to address any final questions.

  • Choosing a Style: How to align food styling with brand aesthetic. 
  • Practical Example: Discuss a case study from my portfolio.

- Hands-On Styling Practice 
  • You practice styling a dish while receiving real-time feedback.
  • Tips on troubleshooting styling challenges 
4.  Composition, Camera Angle and Editing Tips
  • Quick advice on angles, framing, and lighting to enhance look of food 
  • Quick advise on editing.
5. Wrap-Up & Q&A
  • Recap of key takeaways from the session.
